Location: Hybrid in one of these locations: Lanham, Maryland • Memphis, Tennessee • Austin, Texas • Dallas, Texas • Ogden, Utah.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled IMF Modernization Program Integration Lead to support and lead the integration of program and project activities. This role requires a strategic and detail-oriented professional with the ability to provide high-level guidance, technical analysis, and project integration. The successful candidate will assist in technical reviews, process improvement initiatives, and coordinate the deployment of newly developed capabilities. This position will also require extensive collaboration with Delivery Partners and stakeholders to ensure successful execution of program activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide program and project integration support, including strategic technical analyses and reviews.
  • Support and enhance various program activities by coordinating process improvement efforts and ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Understand the impact of the IMF Modernization system, its components, and related projects, and utilize this understanding in guiding program decisions.
  • Gather and compile data to produce high-quality presentations, reports, and other project artifacts.
  • Interface with Delivery Partners and internal stakeholders to support seamless integration and delivery of project components.
  • Coordinate the deployment of newly developed capabilities across multiple locations, ensuring smooth transition and implementation.
  • Provide strategic direction for large program planning efforts, working closely with leadership to manage complex projects.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience managing or executing high-complexity projects.
  • Proven experience providing strategic guidance in large-scale program planning and execution.
  • PMP or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification is required.
  • Comprehensive knowledge across key project management tasks and high-impact assignments.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborating both remotely and on-site.
  • Strong technical analysis skills with the ability to present complex data effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for interfacing with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in process improvement and deployment coordination.
